Lead Technical Recruiter We are a leading drinking water delivery company in Dubai and we are looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join our team. As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for recruiting top-notch “Tech Talent” for our company. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet our current and future hiring needs.   Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement recruitment strategies to create a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Foster trusting relationships with potential hires to build a strong talent pipeline for the company Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Evaluate and assess the qualifications of potential hires and make informed hiring decisions Network with industry professionals and stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and tools Qualifications: Proven experience as a technical recruiter, ideally within the water delivery or water treatment industry. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of water delivery and water treatment, including relevant technologies and equipment. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including engineers, technicians, and other technical positions. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to effectively source and attract top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate job offers and close candidates. Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of the software industry and a strong network within the tech community to effectively recruit top-notch “Tech Talent” for the company. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and assess the qualifications of potential hires and make informed hiring decisions. Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as social media, job boards, and professional networks for sourcing and attracting top talent.
